I convert confusing black and white line drawings to 3D, through virtually turning, tip, flip, make a tour, change colours, textures, find clashes etc. With this important function, you might avoid the very costly mistake of building from plans - you might find confusing or jammed with information.

I will be able to give a nearly accurate design quote after the first meeting based on our interview with you. Most packages are returned in one day or overnight. Of course, this dependent upon hours required for tasks.
- Create basic hand sketches of design or marking-up drawing files in the usual manner with red pen, colour key etc. They are scanned into PDF or image format and sent to me. I understand your requirements, so I can interpret the most complex or even untidy hand mark-ups.
- I create 2D drawings or 3D models from the scanned mark-ups using your company or project specific CAD or BIM standards including blocks, families, line types, layering, text fonts etc.
- I can setup the models from scratch. Using also software capable of dynamic mathematical modeling. This requires no additional input from your in-house staff, allowing them to work on other project key areas.
- By manually redrawing I create a 1:1 working model. Swiftly converted files are fully editable since I do not use not to scale inaccurate third party conversion software.
- I follow project equipment schedules, layering, line weights, colours, text fonts, blocks, families etc. as per client requirements. All files are returned in CAD or BIM recognizable format together with a complete set of PDF files if requested.
- I can build complex accurate 3D model of your design and deliver a high-resolution images for you and to incorporate into any part of your digital marketing.
